My sister and I got the Cafe 8 omelets. SO GOOD! The owner and his wife are the bakers, chef and wait staff. Such good service! The meal was fantastic. The omelet comes with a side of potatoes and they were delicious. The omelet itself was cooked to perfection. I've had omelets everywhere but this is the best one I've ever had. My sister agrees! We will definitely be back! 

Also the environment of the restaurant is quaint and welcoming. Their menu is excellent for gluten free eaters and great for vegetarians. Two thumbs up!

Omg gluetin free! Yes! I have gluetin allergy people in my life And bake my own stuff... But their goodies taste so fantastic! I might be replaced :).    They seem to have wide selection of gluetin free stuff but at 2pm, most stuff was gone :((( so I'll be back early next time !   Pecan bars are absolutely amazing even for non allergy person like me. Yum yum !   Friendly staff. Great ambiance

Very good food, especially breakfast! Owners are super nice and the place is adorable. Great baked stuff. They also sell olive oils and vinegars (chocolate balsamic, blueberry balsamic, etc). Glad something good finally opened near Sprouts!

Hello Everyone! Just a quick update on Cafe 8.  We got our counter tops installed today and they look amazing!!!  The cafe is really starting to take shape and we are so excited.  We spoke to alot of people today about Cafe 8 and the response was very positive.  Hopefully only a few more weeks!

We finally got our sign up for Cafe 8!  It looks amazing, some of the other tenents told me it is the best looking sign in the plaza. Hopefully it won't be much longer until we are ready to open!  Have fun looking around the website!

Hello Everyone!  I hope you are all as anxious as we are for Cafe 8 to open.  It's been a roller coaster ride for us.  Waiting on permits and gas line, the hood and many other obsticles it's been a little stressful but very exciting!  

The menu is finally done, we hope you like it.  We are able to offer many Gluten Free items as well as many Vegeterian ones too.  Eating healthy does not mean it has to be bland or tasteless.  The flavors at Cafe 8 will amaze you all.

It looks like we will be opening in about 3 weeks! Keep your fingers crossed!
